Walks: At O'Harabrook once you have done the peaceful walks along the river and the newly created lake with its variety of flora and fauna, continue on the woodland walks among the magnificent hard wood trees, host to a variety of birds. Amongst these you will come upon an ancient Quaker Burial ground known as the Lamb's Fold. Only 20 minutes drive away is the Causeway Coast & the Ulster Way. Several miles of cliff top walks along this spectacularly beautiful coastline.

Sightseeing: Combine all this with a visit to the Giant's Causeway, the famous Old Bushmills Whiskey Distillery, the Leslie Hill Open Farm and numerous gardens.

Activities: If you want action, then try some of the following, again all within a half hour drive.

Golf: 15 courses within a 20 mile (30km) radius including the famous Royal Portrush, 12 miles (19km) and three other top class links courses at Ballycastle, Portstewart and Castlerock. Packages can include breakfast.

Fishing: Excellent game fishing on the river Bann and its tributaries (book early for salmon fishing). Trout fishing on the Ballymoney river at O'Harabrook.

Horse riding: Several local Schools and trekking centres.

Wind Surfing: Challenging conditions for experienced windsurfers on the North coast.

Water-skiing: Drumaheglis marine with slipway.

Tennis: Use of O'Harabrook hard court.

Boat trips: Costal Day trips can be arranged on request, weather permitting.

Bicycling: Rural and scenic routes.

Health: The Riada Centre, Ballymoney, two miles (3km), boasts squash courts, swimming pool, sauna, spa pool and fitness centre.

There is a good selection of Restaurants available within the area.
